Transparency and responsibility: our Whistleblowing channel

At Eugenio Campo, we believe that excellence is measured not only by the quality of what we create, but also by the integrity with which we create it. This is why we have introduced a dedicated whistleblowing channel, reaffirming our commitment to a corporate culture grounded in responsibility, transparency and respect.

A commitment that becomes a tool

In keeping with the values that inspire our identity as a Benefit Corporation, we have implemented a reporting management system in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, transposing EU Directive 2019/1937.
The channel allows individuals to report unlawful conduct or irregularities they have become aware of in the course of their relationship with the company, while safeguarding the confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity, of any individuals involved, and of the content of the report.

Who can report

The channel is open to individuals both inside and outside the organisation: employees, collaborators, self-employed workers, consultants, suppliers, trainees and anyone who operates in contact with our company.

What can be reported

Reports, to be made in the most detailed manner possible, concern breaches of national and European regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company. Whistleblowing does not cover personal grievances relating to one’s employment, complaints about service disruptions, or reports that are generic or manifestly unfounded
